The new Proximus+ app is coming! The switch to the new app will take place in stages over a few weeks. If you can't download Proximus+ yet, your turn will come very soon.

With the My Proximus app, you stay in control of your products and services anytime and anywhere. In a nutshell, it allows you to:
• keep track of your monthly data usage, calling minutes and text messages, or check your credit balance;
• buy an additional mobile data volume if you have exceeded the data volume included in your mobile subscription;
• consult and pay your bills directly via the app;
• check or change the rate plan you have subscribed to;
• order mobile or TV options and manage those you have already activated;
• top up your or a family member's Pay Go card;
• view any appointments you have made with one of our technicians;
• keep track of your orders;
• manage several accounts;
• easily manage the details linked to your account: change your profile photo, access your confidentiality settings, etc.
• get access to exclusive deals and contests with Enjoy
• discover additional services for your smartphone (insurance, recycling, etc.)
• use additional practical services (mobility, energy, etc.)
• easily find a solution to your problem thanks to our different support channels: chat, FAQs, helpline, tutorials, etc.

In the middle of the process of adding a data bundle it asks me to rate the app. I finish setting the bundle and see I've been charged twice. I use the in-app contact form, but the chat bot is completely useless. I ask to speak to a rep, but after 48 hours (without about response from them!) it tells me I'm inactive and they will close the chat. I typed "I'm still waiting" every day to keep the chat active, but after a week they force closed it anyway. No response. I'm switching providers.

The chat feature is a complete mess. It keeps reinitializing the conversation when you're switching app or are afk for a few minutes and open up the app again. It seems to have a feature to find the last conversation, but it's not guaranteed. I kept having the chatbot prompting the language preference selection while I was already in a conversation with a support. At the end, I lost the conversation log with a help desk assistance while chatting and got no way to view the conversation.

As someone with a SIM card provided by my employer, how am I supposed to check my data consumption without an account I can login to on the new Proximus+ app? The old app would identify me from my data connection. This is not even a regression, I cannot use this app anymore.
